What items are prohibited?
Prohibited items include: illegal substances, flammable materials, live animals, perishable food without proper packaging, weapons and ammunition, and items above 50kg single parcel weight.
How long does delivery take?
Nairobi to major cities (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret) is same-day delivery when dropped before 9AM. Other routes take 1-2 business days.
Is my parcel insured?
Yes, all parcels are automatically insured up to KES 5,000. For higher-value items, declare the value at drop-off to get enhanced coverage at an additional fee.
Can I schedule a home pickup?
Yes! Home pickup is available within Nairobi, Mombasa, and Kisumu for an additional KES 200 fee. Schedule via WhatsApp or our app.
