How We Started
Mbukoni Services was founded in 2008 in Nairobi by James Mbukoni with a single minibus and a dream of transforming transport in Kenya. Starting with the busy Nairobi–Thika route, the company quickly built a reputation for punctuality and safety.
Today, Mbukoni Services operates a fleet of 85+ modern vehicles covering over 120 routes across Kenya, serving more than 50,000 passengers monthly. Our loyalty rewards program has given back over KES 5 million in travel benefits to our loyal customers.
